I just talked to a woman named Wyndham at NEC, who told me that

- they will be sending out letters tomorrow with instructions
- the short version is that we send back our batteries, and
- WITHIN 60 DAYS we will be sent a new battery to replace each one
we send back...
-...and a $100 check for each, in addition.

I'll follow up when I get more info.
