My UL Died!

My 2MB UL was working fine until one day it just burned out. It
smelled like something was burning inside and felt a bit hot too.
Now it doesn't turn on at all.

Anyone knows how to fix it?? Alternatively, how much would one pay
for a dead UL in almost NEW condition, in box, with all manuals?
