MKS vi tip for the UltraLite

I don't know if anyone else out there is using vi from the MKS Toolkit
(or the standalone MKS vi), but I've found that the command mode cursor
is just a bit hard to find in a screen-full of text. The insert mode
cursor is a blinking, half-intensity block, and it's no trouble to see.
The command mode cursor, however, is a blinking, half-intensity underbar.
Frankly, it gets lost in the shuffle. After a bit of experimentation,
I settled on an underbar which is about 1/3 of the height of a character.
To use that as the command mode cursor, put the following line in your
ex.rc file:

set cursor=0x0407
