------------------- MetaCard 2.1.1 beta 4 release ------------------
The fourth beta-test release of MetaCard 2.1.1 is now available via
anonymous FTP from ftp://ftp.metacard.com/MetaCard/2.1.1B4/ This
release is primarily a bug-fix release over 2.1.1B3, but several new
features have been added including support for Windows 3.1 and several
improvements to the external interface. This release also includes
all of the major features scheduled for the 2.1.1, including support
for asynchronous HTTP downloads, HTTP proxies, and opening stacks in
the windows of other stacks. See the file README.2.1.1 for details on
the new features and installation instructions.
---------------- New SuperCard to MetaCard converter ------------------
The the 1.1 version of the SuperCard to MetaCard converter is now
available from ftp://ftp.metacard.com/MetaCard/metacon/ This version
has several bug fixes and improvements over the original release, and
now runs under SuperCard 3.0.
