How Do I Hide the Cursor?

I want to hide the cursor for several seconds at a time in a stack I'm working
on. How do I do it?

MetaCard doesn't let me:
- hide the cursor
- set the cursor to "none"
- set the cursor to empty

So I suppose I have to create a new cursor icon that has no picture. If so, how
do I do that? I tried setting the cursor to an image ID - no go.

Any word from you who have done it?
