European MetaCard FTP site

MetaCard is now available from an anonymous FTP site in Europe:
ftp://ftp.cicrp.jussieu.fr/pub/MetaCard

This new FTP site should offer much better transfer rates to other
European sites than either of the two U.S. sites. Thanks go to Michel
Gosselin (gosselin@cicrp.jussieu.fr) for organizing this.
