How about cut and paste? You have to do the cut part using the
Message Box, e.g., "cut this card".

Being able to set the number of a card directly (like setting the
layer of a control) is already on the feature-request list. With such
a feature, it would be very easy to add a way to graphically sort
cards in the "Components" dialog from Stack Properties.
