This is a bug, but what you're trying to do shouldn't work anyway. If
I understand your design, this button is on the card that you're
trying to delete. You can't delete an object if its script is
executing, but trying to do this should just cause an execution error,
not a program crash.

The solution to this problem is to put the button on a background, and
place the background on the card. Then, when you delete the card the
button and background won't be deleted, they'll just be removed from
the card.
