I am looking for suggestions on how to create .fli files for playback in
MetaCard. I want to use some video to demonstrate the working of a
software package for a training package I am working on. Does anyone have
experience with screen grabs (full-motion, not still)? What is a good, or
preferred, method to use? What about eliminating the flicker caused by
the 60 Hz refresh rate when using a video camera? Any experience with
using a session capture method or software such as ScreenPlay?
