MetaCard 1.3 pre-release

A pre-release distribution of MetaCard 1.3 is available for anonymous
FTP from ftp.metacard.com:/MetaCard and ftp.uu.net:/vendor/MetaCard.
We're still waiting on a DECstation engine and to resolve a problem
with the RS/6000 engine before the release is announced to our general
list and the newsgroups. We're hoping to get these things cleared up
by the end of the week. This note is just to let those who have been
anticipating the release get started a little early.
