Hello all,

I've put together at least a dozen stacks that have incorporated such
things as:

-audio volume control with a "from scratch" volume scroll bar
-animation with scanned images of photographs (a walking mannequin
that uses 12 poses, has slow-motion, and stop-action capability)
-glossary that creates itself from an external ascii file--this is useful
for localization
-a palette routine that duplicates the workstation colors for a stack
-a mosaic creator that puts together a multilayer dissolve of a solid
color, random colors or, by specifying the corner colors, all tints
and shades between the corners--causes trouble with the MC palette
-a reference for our DTP tool, much like the MetaTalk Reference
-an interface to operate a command-line software package
-context sensitive help like Macintosh balloon help
...and some others

These are all too buggy to be shared, but MetaCard has its possibilities!
I think I've worn out Scott Raney with my questions...
